Payment Timing
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Work on your order (including any design or print services) will only begin once payment has been received and confirmed.
Currency
All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and all transactions will be processed in GBP.
Receipts and Invoices
A confirmation email and digital receipt will be sent to you after checkout. If you require a formal invoice for your business records, please contact us at hello@archprinting.co.uk.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. You will be notified immediately and may attempt to place the order again using an alternative payment method.
Refunds and Cancellations
