Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries. This service includes full tracking and typically arrives within 2 working days once dispatched.

Dispatch Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days from the point of design approval. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order — but don’t worry, there are no hidden fees. All shipping and handling costs are included in your total price at checkout.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery with Royal Mail.

International Orders:
If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email hello@archprinting.co.uk and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Returns & Refunds

Most of our products are custom-made or personalised, including printed stickers, branding materials, and bespoke designs. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the product, please contact us at hello@archprinting.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the issue and will work with you to resolve it — whether through a reprint or refund.

Design Approval:
Before printing, we send digital proofs for approval. Once a design is approved, any errors (e.g. typos or incorrect information) become the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check all details carefully.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be made before design or printing work has started. If work is already underway, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
