Welcome to Arch Printing! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed via our website, email, or agreed communication channels.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a summary with item details, pricing, and an estimated dispatch time.
Custom and personalised designs will require your written approval before printing begins.
2. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 working days from design approval.
If you have a deadline, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
3. Custom Artwork & Design
All branding and design services are bespoke and created according to your brief.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including legal or product-specific details (e.g. CLP data).
Once you approve the design proof, Arch Printing is not liable for any errors.
4. CLP Compliance
We provide support and guidance on CLP legislation, but final responsibility for compliance lies with you.
Arch Printing is not liable for any issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Incorrect Sizing of CLP Stickers
We always aim to make sure your CLP stickers are compliant and readable. If the size you’ve selected isn’t suitable for the content provided, we may need to adjust the layout or format to ensure legibility.
In such cases, we reserve the right to make these changes without notice or refund, and we are not obliged to supply extra stickers beyond the quantity ordered.
6. Pricing & Availability
We aim to ensure all pricing and product details are accurate. However, errors may occur.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to:

Cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Not honour orders placed at an incorrect price.
All prices are in GBP and include shipping and handling fees.
7. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. This may include (but is not limited to) cases where:

The request is unsuitable, offensive, or unprintable.

Required information has not been provided.

Materials or resources become unavailable.

An error in pricing or product information has occurred.
Where applicable, a full refund will be issued.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue.

A photo showing the problem.
We will offer a reprint or refund where appropriate.
Once a design is approved, any errors (e.g. typos or incorrect details) are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before design or printing work begins.
If work has already started, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by Arch Printing remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You may use your designs for personal and business branding, but resale or redistribution is not permitted without permission.
